nineveh

I have to thank my friend, Sarah, who challenged me on Twitter to write something using the word “pulchritudinous’. This sexy, heady little poem is the result of her request. Stare deep into the flames and let the passions ignite. 🍷 πŸ”₯

Return to ancient Nineveh with a cogent Assyrian-themed narration by the incomparable Simon Howard on Twitter.

  1. Job well done! What an exciting, fun poem! I had to look up the definition of pulchritudinous. Lol.

    1. Thanks! πŸ™πŸ·
Yeah Sarah on Twitter gave it to me the other day and dared me to use it in a poem. I had to look it up, too. Kinda an ugly word for β€œbeautiful”… isn’t it?

  2. Okay wow! Love the poem, I read it twice πŸ€—. Everything flows smoothly and with ease. I definitely had to look up the word (lol) and it fits perfectly into this poem.

    Keep them coming! 😊
